when you have earned some money, like + 30mil, good things to invest are:
-pets( below 18mil, sell over 22mill)
-costumes ( depends.)
for example, you will buy UCH with 400-500k and sell it 600k. this will bring 100k ( - tax) from every UCH you sold.
you must be ready to wait sometimes longer for the prices to go up.
cons:
without the info, its hard to know when to buy, so be ready to keep in touch with the market. in bad case, the item comes cheaper and you end up losing money instead of gaining. risk worth taking
